Duties:
- To identify the educational necessities of the Begendik
personnel in certain groups.
- To plan educational programs according to the educational
necessities.
- To identify who will give the training either people
from the Education Department or others from educational
institutions.
- To follow the work of educational institutions to determine
the best training.
- To prepare the education package program which will
be given by Begendik Education Department.
- To educate people for them to be able to give education
in the company.
- To give a consultant service for Begendik personnel
with personal or work problems.
- To present reports of observations and evaluations of
the education in order to form a base for development
and adaptation.
- To resent reports of the necessities, wishes and problems
of the applicants during the education.
- To arrange meetings for communication and co-ordination
among Begendik departments to decrease the information
gaps.
