    At Begendik there are 36 administrators, 97 specialists, the total of 2098 personnel. 32 % of the personnel is women, 68 % is men. There are 415 primary school, 287 secondary school, 1105 highschool, 281 university and 10 master graduates working at Begendik.

    Also, there is a regular training program given to the personnel according to their necessities by the Education Department.
