RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
Begendik aims at opening and managing 'Department Stores'.
This understanding leads to a store with a restaurant. Begendik
is also the first to apply the Free Flow restaurant management
in Turkey. This understanding allows the customer to eat
in a picnic environment without the difficulties of alacard
restaurants and self service restaurants. It is superior
from its other examples in the world because the cooking
is done naturally. The kebaps and Doner are cooked in coal
heat, lahmacun is cooked in a stone oven and home-made food
is made in special pots. Salad and dessert menus are not
sold in portions but the customer can buy as much as s/he
pleases and pays according to its' weight.
The restaurant is clean, attractive and the prices are
suitable.
In the restaurants:
- Payments can be made with credit card and
foreign currency.
- You may get whatever you want and as much as you want
from the salad bar, then pay according to how mucxh it
weighs.
- There is service 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00
p.m. in a hygienic and warm atmosphere.
- You can find traditional Turkish food; choose fish from
a pond and see it being cooked; eat special pasta; have
a variety of kebaps and lahmacun; eat 40 different salad
and pickle kinds; and find a variety of food served cold
with hot and cold drinks to accompany them.
- For children you can find sandwiches and cakes from
special open buffet.
- While you are eating your meal, there is a playground
where your children can play.
