Begendik evaluates ever suggestion, complaint and wish which comes from the customers. The Customer Services Unit is ready to serve all kinds of problems 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

    Bešendik completely follows the "4077 numbered customer protection law." When a Begendik customer has a complaint about a good and brings his/her receipt to us within 15 days, s/he may return the good, chang it or get his/her money back.
